It’s been said that one is the loneliest number.

We say… well, if you’re only going to have one of something, you’d better make it REAL good.

And that’s what we’ve done here.

Homegrown within 20ish miles of our own backyard, this barley—the granddaddy of all grains—is far from lonely. In fact, we happen to think it might just be doing some of its best work yet.

The first-sip sweetness mellows out nice and slow, gradually revealing the characteristic grain backbone.
